  • How to book a Ferry Ticket?

  • How to input Contact Person?

    Contact detail will be the person to receive E-Ticket and to be contacted in case of any changes from the vendor. Learn more

  • How to input Passenger Detail or choosing from Saved Passenger?

    Passenger detail is very important which later will be printed on boarding pass, Learn more

  • When my booking is officially confirmed?

    Before payment has been received within time given, your booking will not reserve any seat, means your booking is still able to be reserved by other people. First come first serve.

  • What is the timezone of ferry time that appear on booking and E-Ticket?

    All time are based on location’s local time. Ex. From Batam to Singapore, depart at 06:00 Indonesian Time, and arrive at 08:00 Singapore time

  • Why I could not book different ferry for two way tickets?

    We offer same ferry for two way tickes, so return ferry will be filtered based on departure ferry, it is because we offer two ways ferry tickets to save more.

  • Can I change passenger detail after booking is confirmed?

    Please make sure everything is correct which system will not allow to do any further changes after booking is confirmed.

  • Can I change contact detail after booking is confirmed?

    Please make sure everything is correct which system will not allow to do any further changes after booking is confirmed.

  • What happen if my booking is not completed before given time?

    Every transaction will be given time to finish payment, so if exceeding given time, booking will be cancelled

    If you already did your payment, then we will process your refund not later than 2 (two) working days.

  • How can I find E-Ticket after booking is confirmed?

    If you are logged in as user, you may log in at Mobile Application or website to get your E-Ticket at History Menu

    But if you are guest user, please check your email which is registered during booking to get your E-Ticket.

  • I have done payment, when I can get my E-Ticket issued?

    If you choose Bank Transfer, you can verify your payment by clicking “I have Paid” Button at mobile app or website. But if you cannot do it, do no worry, we will issue your E-Ticket as soon as possible.

  • I have verified payment, but why it show status Verifying?

    It means our team is verifying your payment, and do not worry we will issue your E-Ticket as soon as process is finished.

  • Why I could not be able to choose certain payment methods?

    Please note that there are certain payment options are limited to be used according to some reasons. And it will be automatically disabled without further notifications.
    Reasons refers such like out of Bank working hours, Booking schedule is too close, and etc.

  • What is saved Passengers?

    You can save passenger details that you often use it for booking, and it save a lot of time which only choose the passenger and no need to retype the detail.

  • What is saved Cards?

    You can save card detail for your next booking, so it is easier and more secured. Please ensure that card detail is encrypted at our system, and you will always be prompted to input last 3-digit CVV every time transaction.

  • Can I delete booking history?

    Yes just click delete icon inside booking history

  • Does ezBooking support multi currency?

    All transactions at ezBooking will use Indonesia Rupiah (IDR), however you can set your preferred currency, and system will convert transaction amount based on your currency for your reference.

  • Does ezBooking support Multi Language

    Currently ezBooking only support English and Indonesia, we hope in near future will be more language support coming.
